Vishwanath,

Do you want a project definition? But you are going to do your project in some company and there you would get your project definition. What are you looking for?

Hi,

Yes. I'm looking for banking-related project ideas/definitions.

The thing is that the guide in the company that I'm going to do the project in, isn't fixed on any idea yet, and he tells me, I could look for some "banking-related-project" ideas and he could see if it would be useful for them and refine it...

I thought maybe some application for generating bar-graphs(or other such graphs) based on the data given or something..

Any ideas like that could help me ask the guide about it...

Thanks,
Vishwa

If you can do anything, you can implement a cryptographic algorithm. That is widely used in banks these days. Recommend you to look for RFC or IEEE papers if you are intrested.

Also, please take my advice and don't think about making bar graphs as your final year project. MS-Excel can do it perfetly fine
