Is there any good Tool out there which we can use to draw UML diagrams and which is free?

Yes, you can use any software application that has drawing tools, e.g. straight lines, circles, etc. Windows comes with a Paint program and it is free.

    I think the real magic will come if you start comparing the commercial tools with the free Ones after comparing the features and user friendly things in these
    tools....

    And if its only the diagrams which matters than use Microsoft Visio...

    But trust me only diagram with No Connectivity with other Software artifacts may lead to increase your Confusion

    Hi,
    I have used many software to create UML diagrams, however, currently I am using Visio 2010 which is an excellent software for creating UML diagrams and the best I have ever used.It is not free but you can opt for a FREE Visio trial 60 day evaluation. I will recommend you to opt for Visio.
