How to read any browser key-store using java Applet???

I am developing an application that use some security concerns.
In my application, how can I make read any browser key store( java security) .Browsers are like IE,Mozila firefox,Netscape Navigator using java applet

What do you mean by "browser key store" - the certificates pre-installed in browsers from Verisign, Thawte etc.? I don't think that's possible. If you mean something else, please elaborate.

Note that any applet interaction with a client-side security system most likely means that the applet will need to be signed.
