I am new to jasper report(ireport). How do we integrate it with Web application? i am using simple MVC achitecture.

I don't think that there's much to "integrate". You need to write a .jrxml file (or create it with a tool like iReport), and then use that in the web app to create a PDF (or HTML or RTF or whatever) file to stream/serve to the client.

Thanks for the link. here i got tutorial for advanced features. i am struggling to create a new report. i want my filter parameters in to be passed through a JSP. it would be great if you can help me with that. Thanks in advance.
