bilingual validation

hey all!!

m workin on a site that has to be set to b bilingual!! the validation.xml has been set for english.. i need to create one for the arabic part too.. but how can i switch controls between the formsets??
tried settin the attribute language for formset!! does not work!!
please help!!

well is it necessary to first set the default formset and then the formset wit the language set??
