[Apache Commons Validator] I am unable to find CreditCardValidator class

I searched for that class in its latest build 1.3.1. But I couldn't find CreditCardValidator.

When I use the one available in org/apache/commons/validator package it says it's deprecated and suggest me to use the one exists in org/validator/apidocs/org/apache/commons/validator/routines/ package.

How can we inform them about this?
