Hi ,
Iam new to web services but not new to Java/EE.
I understand that there are already lot of webservice frameworks exist out there. I also understand one can choose webservice framework based on the need.
I just would like to know what is mostly used framework ( in production ) in the industry?
I mean
Is it Axis 1(jax-rpc) or Axis 2(jax-ws) or CXF or Spring WS or Metro ?
Is any production implementatin of jersry exist in the industry?
I heard most production applications are using axis 1/2 based ? is it true?

Instead of going for the most famous, try to find out what can best suit your existing framework.

For instance, I use Spring framework and so I went for CXF.

On another project, its simple site that Model2 based framework and so I went for Axis1.x

Also try to study what other requirements you webservices were suppose to support (security, handlers and so on), and then decide upon a stack.
