Hi,

I am using jstl core tags. I am trying to do:


I don't get any error but the expression is not been evaluated. So the question is can we have scriplets in the jstl expression as above?

No. The JSTL and EL are meant to replace scriptlets. They do not work together.

Scriplets should be avoided.
