iam fairly new to j2me.i donot have any electronics background.i am only computer application developer.can i enter into j2me field?

I don't see any reason why you couldn't !
It would be easier for you if you have some java experience.
And what does it mean
only computer application developer

thanku for your reply.i heared only electronic back ground students will easily understood the j2me concepts.is only j2se knowledge will sufficient to learn j2me concepts or it additionally require j2ee too?

If you read enough books and have "little help from your friends" it's not necessary to have any background.
Programming is mostly way of thinking and I recommend that you start practicing.
You don't need to have knowledge of j2se or j2ee to start with j2me, but it's much easier if you do.
Start with small and simple application, like text field or printing text on display.
And stop talking, start coding
