For the first year or so you'll likely be too busy with your new job as a diaper changer to worry much about your job as an IT person
After that there are the 24/7 daycare centers, drop your kid off monday morning on the way to work and pick it up again a week older on friday evening on the way home. Not what I'd call being a good parent but it sadly seems to be getting popular.
Better solution would be to work from home, telecommuting is something many IT jobs are well suited for. If your husband can do the same you can both decide to work part of the week from home, part of the week from the office.
That's what several of my colleagues do, others chose for both partners to start working parttime so there's always someone at home for the kids.
Work from home in India is still a concept not really practised and working as a freelancer sometime helps but most of the time it is unlikely that uou will get a project. I think you should contact mafoi they offer various flexible staffing options.
