Need to make a test jsp client for testing web services. So my test client should be able to take different wsdls and test the web services.
How should I start building the client using websphere 6.1 toolkit?

Thanks

Why try to reinvent the wheel when the SoapUI tool exists?

In any case, taking a WSDL and building a test client is NOT a job for JSP.

I need to generate some client side code to test the different wsdls, web services. I don't want to use SOAPUI tools.

Need my starting point for starting to test wsdls...

SOAPUI is a client-side tool. Why would you not want to use it?

In that case, just take the SOAPUI source code, give it a different namer, and pretend that you wrote it. I'm not kidding - bullsh*t deserves to be fought with bullsh*t.

There are open source tools for a variety of languages for reading a WSDL and automatically generating some sort of client code. If your office politics truly prevent you from taking advantage of other people's efforts, you have my sympathy.

Bill

PS: If the variety of WSDL you have to look at is small, maybe you can fake it.
