Huh. In the south east of the UK we are currently having the wonderful combination of a drought and above average rain-fall (for May). People are banned from using hosepipes to water their gardens, while at the same time cricket matches are being called off because of rain.

If you think that's strange, then consider that fact that while the local water company is loosing a third of its water through leaks, its directors are getting record bonuses.
