Well there are a lot of things that you can learn in Java EE. You must start with Servlets and JSP and then you can move on to EJB. You can also study some frameworks like Struts, Spring, Hibernate etc along with javascript technologies like Dojo, DWR etc...

JEE is a big field; I wouldn't make it even bigger by throwing various 3rd party frameworks into the mix. It also contains JDBC, JMS, JavaMail, JAX-WS, JMX, JSF (although that's controversial) ... which you should be familiar with at least on the surface.
