Well apply curd/ thick butter milk in your hair. Let it be fore 30 minutes. Wash you hair with shampoo. Do this alternate day within a week your problem will solve.

have a bath without using shampoo etc.
try it for 3 days and you will see the change.

Nothing will offer a permanent cure to dandruf.
I've had it for something like 25 years now, the only thing that keeps it under control is frequently washing my hair and changing to a different shampoo every few months.

Another thing I have observed that, probability of having dandruff is more in winter compare to summer and monsoon.

Dandruff comes in cycles. I wash my hair once twice a week and that seems to be doing good.

I am also suffering from severe dandruff from a very young age. Fortunately my hair is still intact. Wash you hair every day.

I think if you wash your hair everyday using any anti dandruff shampoo then it should solve the problem.

Some aurvedic hair oils are available for dandruff which you can apply daily at night and wash your hair in the morning.

I wouldnt recommend washing hair everyday with shampoo. Its been proven that if you dont get all the shampoo out of your head, it can cause damage to your hair. Also i dont understand why they put menthol in shampoo and soaps these days. Menthol can irritate your skin and its not recommended to use it on damaged skin, like when you have dandruff.
