Hi,
I am executing a simple RMI Program.

There is a RMI Client and one RMI Server.
I am starting the RMIREGISTRY
and then Compiling and running the RMI Server program.
The commands are:
1> javac PowerServiceServer.java
2> java PowerServiceServer

I am getting this exception:

It will be nice if you TellTheDetails and show us the code.
In all possibilities you have security manager enabled and do not have socket read/write permissions on the specified port.
