David Attenborough covers the lyrebird, which mimics other sounds to attract a mate. Make sure you watch the second half.

I am reminded of a friend from ten years ago, who had an amazing ability to mimic all sorts of strange sounds. In particular a Star Wars triligy viewing party where he demonstrated that was able to quote R2-D2 fairly accurately. I bet he'd give this lyrebird a run for its money.
