Do you know if a framework of java can do something like DJANGO.

Automatic admin panel

This is one very very useful feature. Many many times I’ve written similar admin panel code for different projects - that stuff isn’t usually very reusable. Django all that away and gives you a great automagically generated admin panel which you can even customize to a good degree to make it even better. Need to create a database driven website? Just this should be a reason good enough you should definitely at least give Django a try - not to mention all the other things it has

I have not used it but learning by the words of wisdom, i think Ruby On Rails is closer to what you are asking for. Atleast it claims that web applications can be made in no time!

P.S.: I have just made this comment having just eyeballed the article that you have linked to. I might be totally wrong on this.

I am not that much into DJANGO either i just tested a couple month ago and i liked it. As far as i concern DJANGO is a little younger than ROR but it keep the same idea as Ruby on Rails make Web APP quickly..

No, nothing in Java is quite as powerful as django's admin. RoR and Grails scaffolding comes closest.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
