Wanted to know how many of you think practising Yoga is more beneficial than other forms of exercises like jogging, lifting weights etc.

My opinion is that almost all other forms of exercises, except Yoga, make you vey tired and exhausted and sap out all your energy.

I myself am an ardent practitioner of Yoga and would recommend it to anyone wantingto remain fit, lose weight , improve concentration etc!!

This is not good. You gave divorce to diet and got married to Yoga.

Yoga is really good. A combination of Surya Namaskar and Pranayam everyday and you'll never get ill again. Just try it before you reject it. Even better, learn Sudarshan Kriyan by doing the Art of Living basic course, it is the best form of pranayam (IMHO)

Shankar

I have just started doing Yoga in the morning to improve my concentratio. Well I have been doing body building since last 3 yrs now , well yes it does sap out all your enery provided your diet is not according to what it required. Everyday I go to gym after my office hours and i dont feel tired.

Regards
Amit
