Any GUI designer tools for Android?

I've been playing around with the the SDK and the emulator. Does anyone know of any 'good' GUI designer tools for the views? I believe that currently you have to write stuff out in XML. Any visual tools?

DroidDraw is a bit dated -- it was written for last summer's M5 SDK, not 1.1r1. Layouts you generate with DroidDraw may require modifications to work properly in the current Android.

Eclipse apparently has some semblance of a GUI designer, though I have not used it personally.

Creating a nice pluggable Android GUI designer would be a fine opportunity for some developer/entrepreneur...
