redirecting page out of frame

i have index page without frame and main page with 3 frame.

on the 1st frame i put page that have back link.
when i click the link i'll go back to index page, but because the main page are made of frame so the index page are open on the 1st frame.
how can i go to index page back on full page not on frame without opening new page?
