I am not sure

I do know the proejct lead of the microemulator proejct got their project running on Android.
However, I do not know how much hardware/media access you will have using the ported micro-emulator to run midlets.

As Fred indicated, Android itself is not designed to run JME apps. Some people are working on a JME engine that runs atop Android.
