I just won a copy of "Busy coders guide..." in Android forum

Question : If I opt for a hardcopy, will it be shipped to India and if yes, will "I" be paying the courier charges?
(I dont want to shell out 1000 bucks when I can, may be, buy the book at that price!)

Thanks.

I am from India and have won some books at JavaRanch. I haven't ever paid for the shipping the book to my postal address in India.

The publisher pays the cost of the book and delivery and you will not need to pick up any expenses. That would be unfair!
The down side is that sometimes we need to wait for the book to become available in remote locations (eg Australia and India )

It's a pretty good deal, so feel free to say something about the publisher some time ;)

Is it possible to tell the exact "wait" in days/months?
