Hi,

Could anyone please let me know how to find the status of the application deployed under webspehere server (through Java Code). i.e., for example if application A and application B is depolyed under websphere server, then I wanted to know from application A's code, whether application B is running or not. Based on that I need to call application B from application A.

Thanks,
Suresh.

Please describe what you mean by "whether application B is running". What does "running" mean in terms of application B?

Suresh,
Once you define running, see if JMX meets your needs.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
