How about putting a general rule that posts have to be slightly formal? Most of the posts are formal, but there are some which leave you wondering what the person was actually implying. By formal, I do not mean that you have to pretend that you are talking to the Queen. I also dont say that the quality of the language should be good. Probably, I mean "Professional" rather than "Formal".

Also, sometimes I feel that Emoticons have to be taken off. [i know I know]

Nope, I don't mean that. I probably hint at the implied tone of the post. Its kind of difficult to explain what I mean without offending someone by making an example of their posts.

We do already expect people to behave in a friendly but professional manner. If you think there's a person who is acting in an unprofessional manner -- outside of the Meaningless Drivel forum, in which unprofessionalism is expected -- please report the person to a sheriff by private message. The sheriff will have a little chat with them and explain our community standards without embarrassing the person or betraying your identity.
