What wild animal would make the best pet?

I like penguins a lot but having my own monkey would be kinda cool. And I saw a picture of an echidna the other day on Yahoo news. I'd never heard of the things before but the little bugger was so darn cute.

Yep, nice photo. Wombats and Koalas are also large cute and cuddly, but wombats dig like crazy. If trying to smuggle them out of australia, they scratch, so don't put them down you pants.
