If anybody has tried using asynchronous web service please let me know.
As per the requirement, web service provider will provide synchronous acknowledge response immediately upon the request. But actual response will arrive later asynchronously to the client.
Two possible solutions I've found:
1. Using weblogic asynch web service - This forces the client to be in the weblogic env which is not the case in our scenario. As the client is HTML/AJAX we dont want to make it thick by adding a webservice at client side.
2. Using JMS - I've found many solutions on the net ; but if anybody has implemented this, please let me know.
