Hi,

I just happened to read that WAS 7 has removed the usage of Type 2 JDBC drivers which includes MS SQL Server 2000 JDBC driver. Now, i have to connect to SQL server 2000 as thats the backend for my app. Is it possible to connect to SQL Server 2000 using MS SQL Server 2005 JDBC Driver from WAS 7?

Or, is using Data Direct driver the only option?

Also, is there any other significant change with WAS 7 for an application migrating from WAS6?

Thanks
Don Nicholas
