Hi there,

I have tomcat 4.0 and it is using j2sdk1.4.2_06.

It has been running a customized application on it.

It is running suppose "/abc" web application.

Its entry is there in server.xml under context tag.

<Context path="/abc" docBase="abc" debug="9" reloadable="true">

<Logger className="org.apache.catalina.logger.FileLogger"
directory="webapps\abc\log" prefix="abcServerlog." suffix=".txt"
timestamp="true"/>
<Valve className="org.apache.catalina.valves.AccessLogValve"
directory="webapps\abc\log" prefix="abc_access_log." suffix=".txt"
pattern="common"/>

<Resource name="CASSDATASOURCE" auth="SERVLET" type="javax.sql.DataSource"/>
<ResourceParams name="CASSDATASOURCE">
<parameter><name>user</name><value>xyz</value></parameter>
<parameter><name>password</name><value>xyz</value></parameter>
<parameter><name>driverClassName</name>
<value>com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver</value></parameter>
<parameter><name>driverName</name>
<value>jdbc:microsoft:sqlserver://localhost:1433;DatabaseName=abc_Production_Backup</value>
</parameter>
</ResourceParams>
</Context>

When i do startup on the command line tomcat window gets open and when i give fully qualified path i.e. "http://localhost:8080/abc/"
it gives me full directory lisiting.

But when i say "http://localhost:8080/" it is not showing me tamcat manager page.

Can you tell me why this may be happening?

I am trying to run a struts code on my tomcat is it compatible with tomcat 4.0 and j2sdk1.4.2_06.

But my serious concren is why tomcat manager page is not geting displayed coz it is saying Resource not found.

Thanks in adavance.
