I'm not quite sure I understand why this is happening.

I have the following code - and what I expected to happen was, since all the buttons cannot fit on one row (increase the 12 in the for loop if you're trying this and have smaller fonts, a larger horizontal resolution, etc), I would assume that they continue on the next row.

They do, but the area does not vertically expand to show them, although I can drag the bottom of the window downward to increase the vertical size of the window manually, thus revealing the buttons that go into the second row of the flow layout container. But I was wondering why the expansion doesn't happen automatically. Can anyone guide this confused coder? Thanks!
