Hey guys,
I just got my android recently, and thought about a cool project I could do to familiarize myself with the phone a little bit. I found an eclipse plugin that I think I will be using, and that's about all I know.

Before diving right in, are there any pointers?

Obviously Mark Murhpy's, and Ed Burnnette's books and tutorials.

There is also anddev.org, the programming knols at Google Knol, the android developer blog posts from the Google engineers and etc.

Have you programmed in Java before?

I have done Java before,
Not a pro, but can get around (in time.)

Is it much different to be doing it on the Android?

I think I'll just lie down here for a second. And ponder this tiny ad:
