Well I'm not sure where this question came from, but it doesn't looks like SCWCD question to me. It looks more to me like an XML question but may be I'm wrong. My guess for the answer would be



I know this may sound stupid but this is what's coming to my mind. Maybe I've misinterpreted the question...

well if I am not wrong then all <tag>'s are placeholders to drop appropriate tags.

Yes Ram, it is confusing to read. Just checkout mime-mapping in one of the sample web.xml's.
