Is there any component for this in jsf or richfaces.

Just read its docs what components are all available. If there isn't, you're simply lost.

Write a custom component, or involve a heap of plain vanilla HTML/CSS/JS and nasty hacks in backing beans, or add another component library which offers such a component.
