Problem with String Tokenizer

when i click on the search button.... i get the message displayed by the exception. Can anyone tell me where i am going wroong.. the text file is in the correct place. I think im not opening the file correctly

It still displays the exception message when i click search.... I know you added the StackTrace but im a newbie and that dosent help much as i no what it does but im not too could at understanding what the print out means
