If the software part, then JDBC forum is appropriate I think.
If the hardware part, then the General Computing forum is appropriate I think.

I am talking at the SQL level like "How to find ...." in DB2 type of questions. Any specific site/forum you know, apart from IBM website.
For example, "what is the equivalent of Sybase's sp_spacereport in DB2".

IBM Developerworks has forums for IBM specific products. That would be a good place for really specific db2 questions.

For things a bit more general, our JDBC forum is good.

I suppose a DB2 forum is possible ... there are several DB2 books out there .... we could get the forum rolling with a bunch of book promotions ...

And a MySQL forum. Also a PostgreSQL forum. Oh yeah, an Oracle forum. Oh, I almost forgot a MSSQL forum.

How far do you want to go?

For what it's worth, we have an Oracle forum. It shares with OAS (Oracle Application Server) since there aren't that many Oracle specific questions. There are a whole bunch of PL/SQL type questions in that forum.
