What is your definition of "good" in this context? Check SourceForge, apache.org and java-source.net.

Well, my humble definition of "good" includes this one:

This is an open-source java (Swing) based attempt to provide an OS-independent equivalent to Microsoft's Visio program, since I found all the existing ones seriously lacking.

It's been stalled as of late, since both I and the other members of the team have been too busy to work on it, but if you're interested...
