When we mean that we cannot associate any transaction context or a security context for those methods decorates as PostContruct, PreDestroy. What would happen if I associate one. Will I result in a RuntimeException?

How will you associate a security or transaction context ? I think it's up to the container to do so. But the transactional behavoir in lifecycle callback methods is undefinied anf therefore container specific. See the discussion in the following link for an example of this.
