Getting BEA-382000 Exception

Hi All,

I am new to web services and got one WSDL from my lead and he asked me to write the client.
I had generated the java code using Axis 1.4,with the given WSDL and tried to invoke the web service,unfortunately i am getting the following exception message.can any one help ?
