Hello friends,

I need to implement a table which is basically a matrix of radio buttons where only one can be selected per row. To do this i want to use a JSF dataTable mixed with selectOneRadio. I found this excellent article on the subject: http://www.javaworld.com/javaworld/jw-02-2007/jw-02-jsf.html , which pretty good matches my requirements. Since i use Facelets and not JSP i further followed this guide: http://blogs.steeplesoft.com/jsf-component-writing-check-list/ to make my custom tag JSF1.2 and Facelets compliant. Still my custom component doesn't get rendered (is passed to the client same as it as defined in the source xhtml). There is nothing noteworthy in the server logs. I will be very thankful if someone points me to where my mistake is. Here are some of the relevant sources.
