As far i know Head First Servlets and JSP 2nd version is enough.

You can also go to this site and get many mock exam questions and notes.

Don't forget to get Erratta of Head First Servlets and Jsp Book. This book contains few errors.

This is the link for SCWCD notes and mock exam questions.

http://faq.javaranch.com/java/ScwcdLinks

You can also go to the site of Whizlabs and register your self for the course of SCWCD. you will get 7 days trail period.
