Is there any UML that accepts the whole built in project and displays the UML diagrams as required( i mean in class centric , Package centric , Diagram centric---etc)

Please suggest if there is any.

Your question is confusing. UML is a modeling language. It does not "accept" anything. Typically, diagrams have to be created manually.

Some UML-based tools allow you to upload existing Java class files, so that you can more efficiently create diagrams. In these cases, diagrams still need to be designed, but you already have the class information which came from the class file.

Maybe you can try use :

1.) JUDE
2.) Rational Rose
3.) or... you can use Eclipse UML plugin if you have used eclipse before..
