As a developer, you will work at the forefront of the latest web technologies, developing Rich Internet Applications (RIAs). You will also participate in the entire process of creating a software application, from design through release. The position involves all aspects of software development activities including:
• Participate in the design of software architecture and components

Most likely they only prefer local people considering present market conditions.
Moreover, the skill set is common and not unique to sponsor visa for a foreigner.

Is there any consultants(trust worthy) that can help overseas applicants in finding job in Canada.

Arjun, that question would have been better asked on the "jobs discussion" forum. If you can't find anything recent about Canada there, I suggest you start a new thread.
