About SCJP vouchers

Hi to all Ranchers,

I have started to post replies recently on JavaRanch, but regularly go through posts and SCJP results.
This is a really great forum !
I am planning to give SCJP 6.
My voucher is till 16 September.
I was told at the Prometric center in my city(Pune,India),that Sun will stop giving vouchers for SCJP at a discounted price,like we get these days.
There won't be heavy discounts on Exam fees any more, starting from May 09.

Check it out at Prometric center near you to confirm. May be you should buy the voucher right now before it's out of stock.
Thank you all for posting explaination on various topics in Java. It helps one and all.
I will also contribute as much as possible.
The guidelines given in SCJP results by those who "have been there, done that"are truely inspiring !
And by the way I have started preparing for the exam.

Hi,
Please let me know what it the retail price and the discounted price.
Also, I got to know from some of my friends that same voucher can be used to appear for any Sun certification like SCJP, SCWCD, SCBCD etc. So there might not be something like discounted price only for "SCJP". If there is discounted price, it has to be there for all the certifications with same exam fee.
Please let me know the discounted price. I am planning to buy a voucher.

Sanjay the retail price is Rs.7500 i guess. I got the voucher @ Rs.4000.
You can ask about other exams at the Prometric center in your city. I think you will get discount on other exam also.
But as far as I know Sun will stop giving vouchers at this much discounted price from May09.
Confirm it from the center.

Avi I purchased the voucher from SEED infotek karve road branch. Thats main branch. But the vouchers are available till 30 th April09 only.
So better hurry up.
