Hi,

I have a web application using spring role based authentication. My another application is a desktop based application. Both are running inside the same container. I want to use spring RMI support to enable my desktop application(swing based) to re-use the same authentication infrastructure of the web application for authentication and authorization.

Can someone please give me some idea or points how can we do this? I couldn't find much in spring security API.
