So it's my first time creating a java web app in Netbeans and I am pretty confused.
I have a simple index.jsp file which holds a button and when clicked, should serve HTTPGetServlet, i.e.:
Then under Source Packages folder is <default packages> under which exists "HTTPGetServlet.java".
In web.xml, I added the listener using the browse button, "HTTPGetServlet".
I have cleaned and built the project. Then I run index.jsp and when I click on the button, I unfornately see the
"HTTP Status 404 -
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
type Status report
message
descriptionThe requested resource () is not available.
"
error. Does someone know if I have the file in the wrong place? Thanks.
