Hi everyone,

I have successfully created a mail program for outgoing email only. I have programmed it to send attachments, and a text message, to multiple recipients or a single recipient.
The GUI runs at lightning speed with Java 6 update 13 on Windows Vista. I am using NetBeans to do the programming and one of the JavaSoft Synthetica skins.
I cannot get over how fast everything works. So far I have tested it sending small file attachments. It seems the larger the attachment, the more time it takes to finalize.
I have the JFrame go translucent for the time it is sending, then it disappears when it is sent. So I can tell how long it takes before the mail is sent.

My question is:

Does the limit on the size of an e-mail attachment depend on my Internet Service Provider's server?
Thanks to anyone who knows this.
