Hello,

In my J2ME application, I have implemented senging SMS and its working successfully.

The implementation runs successfully. Only 1 thing concerns me :-
While running the application on any device for the first time, it asks a message something like "Allow Receiving Message......" with Yes/No options. It wont ask the next time we run the application. If we select Yes, it allows to send message by again asking "Allow Sending..." Y/N. If we had selected No while "Allow Receiving Message......", it never allows us to sent the sMS. The only option left is to reinstall the application.

Is anyone aware of a method to stop the application from asking "Allow Receiving Message....", or make it Yes only byb default, Or asks everytime the same, so if once user selects No by mistake, he has a chance to select Yes the next time. The application just sents message, so MessageListener is not implemented.

I think my query is a bit confusing but I hope I have made quiet cear. Still if you have any doubts, I would be glad to make things more clearer.

Any help, guidance is appreciated.

Thanks

It's because of j2me security...
If your application is not signed it will keep on asking when you try to send a sms.
There is no method to stop that, only way is to sign your application..

In my opinion , you have deployed the application without signing. Try signing the application and see if the problem still persists.
