Problem Initializing connection pool on tomcat start up.  RSS feed

Hi i am using hibernate 3.2 & tomcat 5.5 and trying to configure JNDI for connection.

but i am not able to initiailize the connection pool on application start up. my all the connections are getting initialized on the first request.

Bellow is my context.xml which i have plcaed in WEB-INF/META-INF/context.xml and alos at apache-tomcat-5.5.27\conf\Catalina\localhost\LicenseManager.xml

Bellow is web.xml entry

And bellow is my hibernate Session fectory class which implements OjectFactory

why my connection pool is not getting initialized on tomcat start up ?
