I'm running iTunes 7 on Windows XP. Hardware (below) is less than the official system requirements.

Music is fine. Video is fine with Windows Media Player, but is lousy with iTunes. Apparently this is common with v7.

I tried the recommended fixes on Apple's website, but my main question is:

does anyone have iTunes 7 running on modest hardware with good video performance?

hardware: 1 GHz AMD Athlon, 512 MB ram

I have iTunes version 7 on my Dell D610 laptop and find the video to be good. I watched two episodes of Battlestar Galactica and found no problems with the look.
