Folks,
What do you usually do on weekends...?How do you spend the time...?

The climate is getting hotter here in Bangalore, and so I dont fell like going out anywhere...
So I just kill time by browsing, watching movies, reading, eating heavily and then sleeping heavily..

What do you do...?

Hi,

Here in Jordan, the weekend days are on Friday and Saturday.

So on Friday i wake up approx. at 1-2 p.m. have a huge lunch then start reading until say 7 p.m. and then i go out with old friends.

On Saturday, it's different, it's a specialized day for reading and soccer games

So my day is mainly on Thursday

Best regards all ranchers ...

buy grocery, work in yard (mow lawn in spring/summer and rake tree leaves in late fall), do laundry, vacuum carpet, mop floor, prepare food for the week, organize personal files, spend quality time with aged parents, go to church, and catch up sleep.

During the week I try to eat well and am at work all day, so on the weekend I tend to indulge. I eat whatever I want and spend time browsing, reading, watching movies and spending time with my wife.

spend time with my daughter. go to the zoo, the park, the science center.

chores - putting up new ceiling fans, mowing the yard, doing laundry, dishes, and any other project i don't have time for during the week.

catch up on my TV (DARN that Sci-Fi channel for moving BSG to late sunday nights) and maybe watch a movie/eat popcorn with my wife that we can't watch when Olivia is around (she's 4).

I get up early-ish in the morning (I know, how anti-social!) and go for a walk (beach or woods, with my camera) depending on the Sun, clouds, quality of light etc. Back with a fresh roll - fresh brunch, tea, clean, and let the chores begin (clean, wash, dry, iron, trim, feed & weed the grass, hoover the house, mope the floor, grocery shopping etc etc - its not as bad as it looks, my gf does more than half of it..), fit in a quick session at the gym (jog, cycle, row, weights & swim) - day is almost over at this stage - so cook some dinner (includes googling for recipes and experimenting a bit) and then sit back with some wine and put the feet up and log on to the net with telly running in the background...
