Instantiate bean using JSTL  RSS feed

Hi Ranchers,

Is there any way to instantiate a bean using JSTL tags?

Currently, I use jsp:useBean standard action to acheive this.

Any links are also welcome.

No. It is expected that beans to be used on the page are created in the page controller and passed as scoped variables to the JSP view. In limited circumstances, it could be appropriate to use the <jsp:userBean> action to create one within the view itself.
